Manufacturer cover
Typically 12–24 months from purchase, varying by product. The exact period is shown on each product page.
UK first-line support
Our service desk handles claims on your behalf so you don't have to chase the manufacturer overseas.
Extended cover
Optional 3- and 5-year extended warranties available on most capital equipment at point of sale.

How to make a claim

Contact our service desk
Email [email protected] with your order number, the serial number, and a description of the fault (with photos or a short video where possible).

Triage
A specialist will respond within one working day with a remote-troubleshooting check; many faults are resolved at this stage.

Repair or replace
If hardware repair is needed, we arrange collection, repair under the manufacturer's warranty, and return delivery — at no cost to you for in-warranty items.
