2. What we collect

- Order and invoice history
- Communications you send us (enquiries, support tickets)

- Marketing preferences (only where you have opted in)
3. Why we use it
We process personal data to fulfil orders (contractual basis), respond to enquiries (legitimate interest), comply with tax and accounting obligations (legal basis), and — where you have opted in — send product news and offers.
4. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for seven years to meet HMRC requirements. Account data is held while your account is active; on closure we delete or anonymise within 30 days unless retention is legally required. Marketing data is removed immediately on opt-out.
5. Sharing & processors
We share data only with processors who help us run our business: payment providers, courier services, our cloud-hosting provider (UK/EU region), and our email-delivery platform. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
