Returns Policy

If something is not right, we'll make it right. This page sets out what we accept back, the timeframes, and how to start an RMA.

What we accept

  • Unopened, factory-sealed consumables in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
  • Equipment with manufacturing defects, under warranty
  • Items shipped in error or damaged in transit

What we cannot accept

  • Hazardous chemicals once seal is broken (ADR / health-and-safety restriction)
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Cold-chain reagents once removed from temperature-controlled packaging
  • Items returned without an RMA number

How to return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) and reason.
  2. We issue an RMA number and pre-paid label (if eligible) within one working day.
  3. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and the RMA paperwork inside.
  4. On receipt and inspection, we issue a refund or replacement within five working days.

Damaged in transit

If goods arrive damaged, photograph the carton and contents and notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim against the carrier.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where you purchase as a consumer) or the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (where you purchase as a business).
